He has also worked on some well known games including 3 Assassin's Creed titles, the Candy Crush franchise, Operation Flashpoint and many more.
He now works as the CPO of Bright Gambit, a company he co-founded with some other like-minded industry veterans focusing on supporting indie developers break into the industry.

A passionate entrepreneur and game designer (Activision, Ankama), Nicolas has been part of the video game industry for nearly two decades. As the co-founder of Old Skull Games, he has led the creation of numerous games and guided the studio’s growth to a 80-person team, establishing it as a key player in France. He has collaborated with Ubisoft, Apple, and Netflix on projects such as Valiant Hearts: Coming Home, SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit and Cryptical Path.

Paweł Sobik is a lawyer with over a decade of experience in capital markets, specializing in securing financing for companies across industries. A gaming entrepreneur at heart, his passion for cutting-edge tech and XR innovation (VR, MR, AR) led him to the gamedev scene in 2017.
Before stepping up as CEO of Spectral Games, he was part of the team at Incuvo, contributing to Green Hell VR. Now, as co-founder and CEO of Spectral Games, he’s leading the charge on Medieval Dynasty: New Settlement while building the studio’s own original IP. Always at the intersection of finance, gaming, and immersive tech, he’s all about pushing boundaries and making things happen.

A game developer with over ten years of experience as a producer, Magdalena worked on adventure games such as Grim Legends series, Irony Curtain: From Matryoshka with Love and a narrative RPG called Gamedec. Currently holding the position of Head of Production at Anshar Studios.
Doctor of Humanities with a thesis on dialogue structures in video games, game studies scholar and an educator. For over ten years she was a lecturer in the field of Game Design at the Jagiellonian University and Tischner European University (currently part of SWPS University) in Kraków. In the years 2019-2022 she was also serving as deputy dean and scientific coordinator of the Game Design program at Tischner European University.

Valeriy Dutchak brings over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, driving excellence in delivery capabilities and strengthening Sperasoft’s technological leadership. He is dedicated to maintaining world-class co-development services through embedded innovation, standardized processes, and continuous professional growth across teams.
As the head of one of Sperasoft’s largest studios, in Belgrade, he ensures operational efficiency and top-tier service for the company’s global clients. Mr. Dutchak contributed to the success of big titles like Saints Row The Third, Halo Infinite and EA Sports FC.
Before joining Sperasoft, Valeriy held leadership roles in both IT vendor and system integrator companies. Senior Developer Relations Manager, Intel
Associated with the gaming industry since 2009., Artur is a member and founder of the Indie Games Polska Foundation. He started his work in the industry as a QA tester and translation and localization specialist. Then he was responsible for level design and production of, among others, Shadow Warrior 1 and 2, and then for over 1.5 years he was involved in business development consulting. He is a mentor in ARP Games acceleration programs.
In recent years, he has been involved in the technology industry in the field of developer relations, first at AMD, currently at Intel as Senior Developer Relations Manager.

Kacper Ullmann is the Business Partnerships Manager at CD PROJEKT RED, where he has been working for over five years. He manages the studio’s business relationships with external partners, covering licensing, merchandising and tech partnerships, as well as music operations and collaborations with artists and talents.
He has contributed to projects such as Cyberpunk 2077 and the anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, set in the same universe, as well as the next-gen edition of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Bibbi Wikman has an extensive background in publishing, marketing and branding and has spent the last five years in the games industry, specializing in brand development, publishing, and investments.
As Head of Brand & Publishing at Aurora Punks, she drives the company’s mission as a co-developer, co-publisher, and investor in game projects, helping
studios bring their games to market. She also plays a key role in spreading awareness of Aurora Punks’ support for developers.
In addition to her work at Aurora Punks, Bibbi is the founder of PlayCap, an international angel network with senior women in the games industry. PlayCap connects with early-stage game studios and game tech companies, providing not just funding but also hands-on expertise, mentorship, and business guidance to help them scale and succeed.

Bobby has spent 15 years immersed in the gaming landscape, working across various roles and domains (QA, Production, Business Planning and A&R). During Bobby's time in the industry, he has worked at PlayStation, SEGA, Curve Games, Nocturne Games and founded Kando Factory.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Esteban now resides in Washington State and holds a Master’s degree from the DigiPen Institute of Technology. He’s a passionate
gamer and geek with a lifelong love for video games, which he uses now to spread the word about Unity’s multiplayer tools.
With a background in tools development for designers and content creators, Esteban brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as an advocate. Additionally, he applies his experience and passion for teaching to help his teammates and game developers of all ages.

Juraj has been part of the video game industry for over a decade, beginning in events and media, and concluding this chapter as a Marketing Lead for Reboot, the most prominent industry professional event organizer in the CEE region.
Transitioning into game production and indie publishing was a significant step forward in his career. For the past three years, Juraj has been part of the publishing division at Raw Fury, working closely with some of today’s most successful indie developers to support titles such as American Arcadia, Call of the Sea, Dome Keeper, and more. Konstanty Kalicki is a seasoned game developer with over 20 years of experience in game design, programming and running successful game development studios. He has made significant contributions to the gaming industry both as a creator and educator, having taught game programming and design for over eight years as an assistant professor at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
Konstanty was a co-owner of Twin Bottles, a game development company specializing in educational and casual games. His current studio, Thing Trunk, is known for its innovative titles. Thing Trunk's most recent projects are Book of Demons and Hellcard, both successful and critically acclaimed.
Founder & CEO, Chat3d
Félix is an AI enthusiast with an engineering background, coming from France. He has previously founded and worked in different startups, including one focused on machine learning for CNC machines and computer vision. In that project, users could draw, and the machine would cut around their designs, a concept developed with Fab Labs in mind.
That is where he met Glenn, his current co-founder, who is a machine learning engineer. Together, they share the vision that AI is not an end in itself but rather a tool that helps artists better execute their vision, possibly reducing their reliance on complex graphical interfaces.
Today, they advocate for more control over AI-generated content. They founded Chat3D in the summer of 2023 to bring this vision to life, simplifying the 3D modeling process for video games and animated films.

Vitalii Abramov is the executive producer of Narwhal Accelerator. He was originally the founder and producer of a game development company that became the target of M&A by a Silicon Valley unicorn. Two years ago, he changed his focus, joining the investment unit of Xsolla.

Relja is the author of numerous cultural and artistic projects realized in Serbia, as well as throughout Europe, in the USA and Canada. He is active as an independent curator, manager in the field of arts and cultural events, music promoter, radio author and translator. He has initiated and participated in hundreds of events, founded four international festivals, conceived many exhibitions, conferences, publications and informal educational programs.

After completing her studies at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts and Faculty of Political Sciences, Adriana obtained a Master's degree in Documentary Film Research, marking the onset of her career in the creative industries. Initially involved in film and television projects, her foray into gaming commenced nine years ago when she joined the trailblazers of the regional SEE scene, Mad Head Games.
Since then, Adriana has honed her soft and hard skills across various domains including marketing operations, publishing and release management, broadcasting and video production, performance marketing, content creation, and product and brand marketing management. Presently, she is a member of Grindstone and Games Farm, a boutique video game production and publishing company. Adriana has a profound interest in research areas pertaining to creative entrepreneurship, video

Wojciech is a Business Development Manager at Ecumene Games, with over a decade of experience in the video game industry. Since 2012, he is involved in various roles, including writer, producer, tester, and business development specialist, contributing to key projects for Ecumene Games, Madmind Studio, Ten Square Games, Picadilla, Vivid Games, Bloober Team, and Huuuge.
Beyond the gaming industry, actively engaged as a producer of micro-series, as well as an independent filmmaker, director, and screenwriter, with works recognized at multiple off-film festivals. Originally from a fine arts background, Vukašin has worked in creative and visual arts, but his work turned interactive, and he has since worked in the industry as a game and level designer, writer and game producer.

Tahir Slezović is a Technical Director at Playstudios, specializing in game development. Born in Novi Pazar, he completed his secondary education at the local School of
Electrical Engineering and later earned a degree in Software Engineering from the University of Belgrade.
With over a decade in the gaming industry, he has worked on various PC, mobile, and VR projects since 2010. In 2022, he joined Playstudios Europe, contributing to the development of Tetris Block Puzzle. Currently, he leads technical development in

Sergey is the Head of HeroCraft PC, which is a publisher and occasional developer of brave indie games. He comes from the marketing background but also knows a few things about production and management. He has over seven years experience in the gaming industry across startups, media and game dev and has worked on more than ten games.
Game Programmer, Foxy Voxel
Ištvan started his gamedev career at Eipix Entertainment in 2012. In 2018 he joined some former colleagues to work on the colony building sim Going Medieval.
His love for games and computer graphics dates back to his childhood. He grew up playing games on the Amiga 500 and began programming in AMOS Basic towards the end of elementary school. In high school, he became involved with the demo scene, creating what are known
as demos—real-time rendered computer animations.
